Poonam Vadera joined the Practice in 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor. Poonam qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and was appointed as a Director in 2018. She graduated from De Montfort University with a 2:1 degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham with a Distinction.

Poonam specialises in Residential Conveyancing. She deals with a full range of property transactions including sales and purchases which are freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership properties, unregistered land, auction properties, repossessions, right to buy transactions, lease extensions, re-mortgages and transfer of equity. She also has extensive knowledge with Islamic Finance and Sharia Compliant Mortgages. 

Poonam is able to advise clients in a professional and competent manner and has a pro-active approach. Poonam is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
